Role Overview
•Driving Lean manufacturing & 6-Sigma initiatives and activities.
•Maintain Item master list, standard cost per unit, BOM and Production Routing.
•Analyze and resolve capacity constraint utilizing VSM to improve cycle time, WIP and cost.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for intiating and starting up a Global OpEx
•Work with relevant teams to identify & prioritize opportunities to improve process and eliminate NVA activities
•Lead person / provide the coaching & mentoring for engineers to implement CI projects
•Provide training on Lean tools
•Establish item master list , standard consumable cost per unit.
•Establishes the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations
•Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and production planning
•Support manufacturing efficiency efforts for the site
•Collaborating with other sites in planning, capacity benchmarking and projects.
•Support/Involve transfer to Mass production
•Any other duties that may be assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/ mechanical/ electrical/ computer engineering, master’s degree is preferable
- Minimum 7 years of process engineering, Industrial engineering, quality Engineering or operation experience, preferable some experience in a management position.
- 2 years of demonstrated process improvement program success
- Certified Black Belt/Green Belt for LSS or 6S required with advanced knowledge and practical experience about Lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma & project management.
- Minimum 3 years of GMP manufacturing experience required, Medical Device manufacturing experience preferred and ISO13585 is advance advantage
- Project management experience
- Programming and Auto-Cad skill will be an added advantage
- Good Command in English both verbal & written
