Job Description • Defining the vision for the team's product and creating a product (related function) road map based on this vision. • Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences through market research, surveys, competitive analysis, and customer feedback about our product & services to penetrate liposuction (women) & surgery and fat filer face market. • Comprehend in-depth knowledge on core products and be able to convey fluently key message to customers segmentation, • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, • Enhance product knowledge to customers and sales teams with educational programs, training, and presentation basis. • Develop, Define and execute market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and seasonal & promotional and online campaigns to support sales target achievement. • Implement/Conduct marketing activities according to the plans with the measurement of ROI. • Work very closely with other teams by presenting strategy, new upcoming plan, initiative ideas to breakthrough benchmark of industry. • Collaborate with various online-offline channels (driving holistic 360 communication) and facilitate better sales and performance for each category • Report monthly on their activities and competitors' activities. • Monitor portfolio performance and control budget.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management (In a field of Surgery /Medical aesthetics/Beauty)
At least 3 years proven experience as Product Marketing/Product Specialist or Marketing experience in Medical aesthetics or Beauty industry
In-depth knowledge of Product and Marketing Strategy
Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, Marketing Planning/Business Action Planning.
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills,
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Team spirit and good communication abilities.
Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
