- Establish and manage the company’s budgeting process.
- Create and maintain financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing company finance effectively.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.
- Provide financial insights to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Other adhoc projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or a related area
Experience 1-3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis
Business acumen, general knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
