Supplier Quality Engineer
1. Establish procedure, QI to define inspection criteria and testing to be performed at IQA to ensure that key characteristics of purchased product are conformity to specification or customer requirement prior acceptance.
2. Provide component specification as well as prepare appropriate inspection tools for IQA application
3. Alert IQA personnel of any reported or suspected material quality problem and put in place appropriate actions
4. Verify non-conforming or suspected material. Feedback supplier for root cause analysis and drive for effective reactivity (containment action, corrective action and preventive action) in timely manner
5. Minimize MRB inventory and RTV aging to achieve plant KPI
6. Support manufacturing for material quality issue, lead problem solving and root cause analysis with supplier to eliminate recurrence and escape prevention.
7. Work with supplier to solve supplier technical issue in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.
Product Quality Engineer
1. Review and approve all related documents such as ECN, D/A, PI, QI, TI and OP documents.
2. Issue the Purge Notice for the non-conforming material and follow up audit.
3. Establish a specification criteria, instruction, tooling for the QA inspectors.
4. Work with Product team for Continuous Quality Improvement program.
5. Participated in the new product run to establish the First Article Report for customer approval.
6. Provide the Quality Report according to the customer requirements (weekly, monthly, etc.)
7. Work with Product team for Corrective Action Report for customer complaints in a timely manner.
8. Develops and implements quality control plans and procedures to integrate design, manufacture, and test procedure of the products.
9. Work with customer to ensure that all field defects are analyzed to root cause, corrective action is taken.
10. Maintain general housekeeping and safety rules.
11. Perform any special tasks assigned by respective supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- 3 - 5 years or above experience in electronics industrial.
- Good communication in English skill, both verbal and written are required.
- Advance computer skill using Microsoft Office , Google drive , Google sheet
- Training : Quality Management Systems, 8D methodologies and problem solving , Lean Six Sigma, FMEA
