Position: International Trade and Economy Analyst (1 Position)
Organization: Thai National Shippers’ Council (TNSC)
Key Responsibility
1) Analyze, forecast and develop policies and recommendations related with global and national trade and digital economy (e-Commerce policy) including national’s policies, strategies and action plans on related issues to support TNSC’s missions & strategies and support members’ business.
2) Prepare a minute of issues from the Trade Environment Committee meeting as assigned and take it to analyze evaluate and forecast each product to be a document for press release on monthly export situation and economic update.
3) Prepare a minute of issues from the Agricultural Export Promotion working group as assigned to develop an efficient business environment for Thailand's upstream agricultural trade and promote the export of agricultural products to be competitive and achieve continuous growth.
4) Create a basic model in Excel for computations.
5) To be representative for TNSC in public and private committees related with international trade and digital economy (e.g. Ministry of Commerce / Bank of Thailand / Customs Department / Department of Agriculture)
6) Monitor and process secondary data such as economic forecasts both from domestic and foreign organizations such as IMF, World Bank, ADB, Bank Of Thailand, Ministry of Commerce, NESDC and report to the Executive Committee or members via any channels.
7) Perform any other related and ad-hoc assignments to support the team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female age 22 – 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, International Business or Business Administration
- 2-5 years experiences in international trade / economic / finance or analytics role.
- Good Command of spoken, written, read and communication skill both Thai and English
- Good analytical skill especially for macro-economic view and policy level, systematic thinking, service mind set, high responsibility, self-motivated, positive attitude, willing to learn, work hard and flexibility in working hour.
- Hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative and able to exchange perspectives, and to devise business-oriented projects.
- High responsibility, self-motivated, Willing to work hard, Independence work.
