Job Description • To ensure that the supply of materials meet the customer requirements • Ensure all demand planning metrics are updated and maintained • Ensures quality and integrity of information used to generate materials requirements plan. Revises plans as required based on analysis of actual versus plan • Review all customer demands prior to entry into SAP system and release MRP for processing • Maintain the work order schedule and release work orders based on materials and capacity availability with feedback from purchasing and planner • Communicate schedule changes with the customer team (e.g.: PM/FFM/planner etc.) • Drive and ensure MRP load vs. revenue commit targets/threshold is strictly adhered to • Analyse and timely update demand changes per customer contract • Monitor work order schedule and update customer focus team of potential challenges in meeting customer demand • Managing customer product change e.g.. ECN, product end of life on timely manner • Maintain knowledge of customer volume fluctuations and determines the materials required • Work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure contingency plans are in place to deal with changes/crisis situations • Review and reports on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on-time delivery • Ensure control in place to meet customer demands and develop recovery plans if missed shipments occur. Leads continuous improvement of planning processes
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  2. 2-3 years’ experience in Material Requirement Planning, preferable in confectionery products and/or consumer products.
  3. At least 2-3 years' experience in an Enterprise Resources Planning (SAP) system and APO.
  4. Computer literate with experience in SAP System
  5. Able to communicate in English would be advantage
  6. Basic knowledge of business and management principles (Integrated Supply Chain, Project management etc.)
