- Ensuring the store meets sales goals through planning - Expense control, and effective management - Maintain high customer service standards - Recruit and developing staff, conducting performance appraisals - Ensure the orderliness of sales floor - Accountable for training programs - Analyze customer trends, executing marketing initiatives - Manage inventory within store within target - Manage merchandise, maintain visual guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment - Manage sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds at the cash desk, utilize the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately, ensure appropriate application of discounts ***Non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required***

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Experience in the service industry, preferably in apparel and footwear.
Proven experience in driving sales, team management, and store operations.
Experience with international companies.
Proficient in using Retail POS, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), or SAP.
Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English (most customers are foreigners).
Able to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime.
