- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE program for the manufacturing facility, encompassing health, safety, and environmental considerations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, work areas, and procedures to identify and mitigate potential hazards related to safety and the environment.
- Manage the risk assessment process, ensuring all activities are properly assessed and control measures are in place.
- Oversee accident and incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide comprehensive training and education to employees on safe work practices, environmental regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, inspections, training sessions, and environmental data.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., waste, grease&Oil etc)
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety performance and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with management on HSE initiatives and integrate safety and environmental considerations into production processes.
- Serve as a resource for employees on HSE matters and address any concerns promptly.
- Enforce HSE rules and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper waste disposal practices.
- Lead, Implement, monitor the ISO14001 to align all of concerning process with requirement.
- Lead of emergency response plan and team to be success and appropriate.
- Medical Supply Management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an HSE role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence positive safety and environmental behavior across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in ISO14001 system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
