IPO Readiness: - Lead the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and related documentation for IPO filings, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and other applicable standards. - Work closely with external auditors, legal counsel, and investment bankers to ensure all financial documentation meets IPO requirements. Financial Reporting: - Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements. - Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures that comply with TFRS for NPAE & TFRS and other regulatory requirements. Internal Controls & Compliance: - Lead efforts to identify, document, and remediate any control deficiencies in preparation for the IPO. - Set up and oversee the technology road-map for accounting - Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards. Team Leadership: - Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance on complex accounting issues - Participate in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a public accounting firm (Big Four preferred)
Strong knowledge of TFRS and TFRS for NPAE
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with management and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP system.
