1.Project Leadership: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2.Collaboration with Sale, Design and Project Teams: Work closely with sale, design and project teams to understand product feature pipelines and customer requirements
3.Problem-solving and Decision-Making: Apply problem-solving and decision-making abilities during Project execution with a focus on delivering time, budget and quality by based on technical expertise.
4.Project Monitoring and Risk Management: Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to minimize project delays or disruptions.
5.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with technical standards, best practices, and industry regulations.
6.Team Environment and Culture: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of teamwork by collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure seamless coordination.
7.Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background and understanding of the project and relevant technologies.
**5 years+ experience in project management with CCTV, Access Control, Network systems, Display and Sound system, Precision Air and Datacenter systems.** (is a plus)

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related technical field.
- A valid engineering license.
- 5 years+ experience in project management with CCTV, Access Control, Network systems, Display and Sound system, Precision Air and Datacenter systems.
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
