รายละเอียดงาน
- Managing the administrative part of purchasing by collecting order requests from a responsible employee.
- Sourcing and selection of potential suppliers which suitable for the company’s business
- Can be negotiated with the suppliers initially.
- Generate Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order from Odoo system and submit them to suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal employees to ensure that all goods are derived correctly and completely.
- Provide the report for purchasing transactions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and sourcing within the Engineering industry or others.
- Have Knowledge about Incoterms.
- Readable engineering DWG is a plus
- Have skills in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Negotiation skills
- Logistics process (Import-Export)
- Good command of English
