- Handled 100+ customer interactions daily through live chat, email, and phone with efficient and helpful support.
- Resolved issues related to food delivery, transportation, and financial services, including emergencies and insurance claims.
- Investigated customer complaints, identified root causes, and implemented effective solutions with follow-up.
- Provided immediate assistance during accidents or safety incidents, ensuring all parties were supported.
