Job Responsibilities • Marketing planning, media planning and budget planning for assigned projects • Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate new sales leads across all departments, while tracking and reporting on lead generation for optimal efficiency. • Produce and review marketing materials and content and Manage internal and external graphic design projects, professional artworks, videos. • Schedule, plan, and execute professional content distribution through EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) systems to the company’s client database • Organise internal and external company events with key customers, coordinating with brokers, consultants, and stakeholders. • Analyse market situation • Seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities. • Forecasting possible sales strategies of competitors along with an overall possibility of real estate trends in the next fiscal year. • Summarize weekly & monthly report.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate , Business Administration or a related field.
At least 7 years of Marketing experience in the luxury real estate market and recent experience at team leader level is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Possess strategic thinking ability and an aggressive and strong personality.
Good command of English.
