Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and lead the sales team.
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Forecast sales and prepare reports for senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male 40-55 year old (Thai nationality only)
- ฺิิิBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong understanding of automation products and solutions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
