รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide full support to Company operations on technical computing including hardware and software applications,networking etc. to internal IT users such as trouble-shooting, analyzing, maintaining, etc. in order to proactively and effectively applies IT solution.
- Maintain IT Service Management process to be in compliance with IT Infrastructure Security, Information Protection, company's policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Support, assist and implement the IT related projects according to IT Service Improvement Plan, implementation of new software packages etc.
- Develop and implement standards, processes, and systems to manage change in infrastructure. Participate in a formal, global communications network.
- Ensuring that overall operation including System Enhancement, Maintenance and Correction are up to expectation of internal and external users
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
- Work Experience 3 – 7 years in Computer Systems related to Windows Server, Linux, Software, and IT Management
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, Basic computer setup, including Microsoft platform.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Extensive equipment support experience with PC’s.
- Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
