รายละเอียดงาน
Participate in all quality activity including raw material issue, improve process defect, customer complaint etc.
1.Supplier quality control.
a.Handle all raw maternal issue including incoming and process
b.Work with suppliers to improve raw material quality issue
c.Collect and Verify GP information
d.Participate in supplier audit.
2.Process quality control.
a.Draw up and refresh all QA work instruction
b.Handle nonconformities during production process
c.Follow up new production quality
d.Monitor and optimize inspection process
e.Prepare monthly, KPI, DPPM report with requirement
f.Participate in quality related verification for engineering changes
3.Handle customer complaint.
a.Collect related data , find the root cause and prepare report for customer
b.Work with responsible department to draw up corrective action and confirm the effectiveness
4.Quality system maintenance.
a.Participate in internal and external audit
b.Follow up all QA related findings found in internal audit
c.Lead document review and refresh for QA function
d.Update QA related documents and record with ISO clause
5.Other
a.Training inspector for quality awareness and quality knowledge
b.Join the CI project
c.Do communication with internal and external functions for important quality/environmental activities.
d.Quality manager arranged work
e.Fully understand RBA policy, all conducts are consistent with RBA policy. Report to higher level when there is violation to RBA policy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years related work experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Must be self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal/ communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel /PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Knowledge of ESD control is a plus.
- Able to commute to work by themselves.
- Able communicate in Chinese.
