Role Overview
• Focus on localize prioritizing and follow up the synchronization of each future implementation items related to cross functional team in business [R&D, Production, Manufacturing Engineer, Supply chain IT, Finance etc.] To align the resource or constraint under HSO business strategy timeframe. Cooperate with PMO function to organize change request with optimize priority to prevent business obstruction.
•Conduct cross functional improvement project or other business improvement including validation.
•Cooperate with important administration tasks or event
Duties and Responsibilities
• To understand business timeframe and gather related project information from cross functional team to be align under approved resource or budget.
• To communicate each team of project progressive, risk and mitigation plan for ensure project status will be on-track.
• Cooperate with PMO function to organize change request with optimize priority to prevent business obstruction.
• Conduct cross functional improvement project or other business improvement such as ECRS project, Productivity improvement by VSM. Including full loop validation.
• To transfer manual progressive tracking to be application tracking for high level.
• Any other process related ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior level.
• Arrangement for the important events and visitors.
• To cooperate and support external audit with quality team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or master’s in any related field. (Engineering,Management, Healthcare etc.)
- 1 to 5 years of working experience in Engineer and or Leadership skill.
- Experience in medical device and ISO13585 is advance advantage.
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Logical thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, familiarity with Basic software
- Good teamwork.
- Good leadership, human relation and accountability
