JOB SUMMARY;
1.Provides administrative support to the production line
2.Updating production KPI in reporting tools and provide support on scheduling tasks.
3.Updating machine performance data and register validation documentation.
4.Support documentation deployment and visual management in the workshop.
5.Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for consumables transfer and ordering.
6.Gathering general information and display it on the workshop dashboard.
QUALIFICATION:
1.Bachelor's Degree Education or above in any field
2.Minimum of 3 years experienced in industrial production environment
3.Familiar in MS-365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4.Knowledge in SAP system
