- Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure adherence to company standards, customer satisfaction and overall performance.
Financial analysis and management of store level sales, expenses, cost controls (P&L).
- Manage new store openings in line with company expansion plans.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance in a positive work environment.
- Oversee a large number of staff and ensure effective training and development with systematic monitoring and appraisals of staff performance.
- Ensure all stores are well maintained, audited and comply with all applicable licenses and regulations.
- Collaborate and integrate with all other departments to maximise efficiency and performance (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Leasing)
