รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing products.
- Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and sales to ensure seamless integration of new products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, research findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
- Strong knowledge of copper and aluminum piping and related components.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks and 2D design software such as AutoCAD.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน R&D ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำ
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดทำงานได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำและมีความกระตือรือร้น
- ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันเสาร์
- มีประสมการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า โดยเฉพาะตู้เย็น
