รายละเอียดงาน
•Ensure immediate correction and repair of the machine before, during and after operation to ensure and machine efficient run.
•To ensure that the cleanliness of the machine, facilities and its surroundings in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
•Follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.
•Check and repair of machine/ equipment periodically as per preventive scheduled plan or as necessary.
•Optimize usage all materials for machine assigned for reducing materials loss.
•Monitor quality results and coordinate in maintaining established standards of quality for all manufactured products.
•Coordinates with the concerned operator in the packaging line.
•Monitor and records operating parameters must be followed SOP and WI documents.
•Ensure of the data record, reports, and log sheets updated as per control.
•Ensure hand-over shift operator over all reports and log sheets which provide all the information about the production run status.
•Return and restore proper arrangement of tools and materials before leaving.
•Performs the necessary start –up and shut down operation in accordance with the standard operation procedure (SOP) or as recommended by the manual.
•Perform troubleshooting in case of minor problems encountered and coordinate with assigned engineering technician for any technical problem.
•Report immediately to the PET Line supervisor for any problems encountered in the performance of the equipment or other untoward situation that needs outright attention.
•Responsible for keeping and cleaning the spare parts and tools being used.
•Keep process area cleaning before/after operating.
•Work as assigned by PET Line Supervisor.
•Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s)
•Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc.
•Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational of Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic course.
- Good working, attitude and moral character.
- Literate Understanding of fundamental of equipment, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept.
- Able to work under pressure and work overtime and shift.
- Basic command of spoken and written English.
