รายละเอียดงาน
- New product verification and operation check.
- Programming and use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other tools such as micrometer, microscope, gauges and vernier for measurement of parts.
- Review PPAP and verify process at development phase (new model)
- Prepare PPAP, Submit and follow with customer.
- Conduct audit: Process Sign Off (PSO) for new model at supplier and Special audit at supplier as master plan.
- Follow up and conduct verify product and process of quality issued (8D) from supplier (new model)
- Develop new process relate with APQP, FMEA activity
- Implement engineering change request and creating ideas.
- Execute testing procedures for product performance, reliability, and safety.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, 8D report, 5 Why Analysis, Core Tool.
- Experienced for Quality Assurance In process and product.
- Able to use Tooling as CMM, CONTOUR, PROFILE, ROUGHNESS, ROUNDNESS TESTER, Hardness Tester
- Knowledge of quality tools & methods (PPM, statistical process control, etc.)
- knowledge in Drawing, GD&T, 8D report, 5 Why Analysis, IATF16949, Core Tool, IMDS
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong responsibility.
- Computer literacy: MS office, Minitab
