Job Purpose :
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of products. This role involves managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Additionally, the Warehouse Lead will manage pallet inventory, utilization, and ensure proper handling to optimize warehouse efficiency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree Supply chain management, Logistics , Business Administration, or a related job function
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
