Key Responsibilities: •Menu Planning and Development: - Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update banquet menus. - Design menus that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients. - Ensure that menu items are prepared in a cost-effective and efficient manner. •Food Preparation and Presentation: - Supervise the preparation and presentation of all banquet dishes. - Ensure that all food items are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards. - Oversee portion control and presentation to maintain consistency and high standards. •Kitchen Management: - Manage day-to-day kitchen operations for the banquet department. - Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a culinary role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within large scale banquet or catering setting.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
