4.Assist in managing procedures and qualifications during the company's establishment phase in Thailand.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in human resources management and administration roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
- Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and compliance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
