1.Focus on customer center support for our SAP CX portfolio (Cloud for Sales, Cloud For Service, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
2.As an ambassador for this portfolio, you can turn issues into opportunities for greater customer understanding and satisfaction
3.Ensuring our BPX and CRM Lead community can be successful and efficient in the usage of these applications.
4.You are an investigator, you can understand the problems users are having and get to the root causes. 5.Your deep insight in the application itself and the wider environment it operates in allows you to solve the problem yourself or give the right input to people who could assist.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.
- At least 2-3 years experience with sales & marketing applications and/or in managing complex IT solutions.
- Actively participated in process improvement and software implementation projects.
- Possess a strong interest in the improvement and automation of current processes and working methods.
- Good command in English; speaking, reading and writing.
- Male or Female age more than 25 years old.
