รายละเอียดงาน
•Takes responsibility for planning, organizing and controlling warehouse overall operations including inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound, export and transfer out to external warehouse. Seek for warehouse productivity and ensure all targeted warehouse KPIs are achieved within the timeline.
•Coordinating in export loading plans and weekly/daily meetings. Planning of outbound delivery schedule including slot time for transporters to load goods.
•Responsible for preparing Monthly Performance Review presentation. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as warehouse utilization, dispatch on time, dispatch accuracy, inventory accuracy, product damage, customer complaint, and safety.
•Improvement and development of the warehouse.
•Provides leadership and guidance to a group of employees, prioritizing and controlling their work activities. Handling all aspects of resources such as manpower and equipment. Planning and distribution of works at a team level to achieve desired goals.
•Monitors all employee work performances (work, quality, and disciplinary) and takes appropriate action.
•Develop the budget and control warehouse spending within the approved budget.
•Revenue estimation.
•Preparing bills and billing customers.
•Site Engagement & Health Wellbeing Champion.
•Cooperating with other departments including safety officer to promote a culture of safety and case investigation.
•Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher.in Logistics
- At least 3-5 years experiences in Logistics and Supply chain or in area of Warehouse Management
- Good command of English, Computer Skills, Strong interpersonal/effective communication skills in relationship with Customers
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and People Management
- Solve immediate problems well Flexible in work
