Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Prepare regular financial reports and projections. • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep projects on track. • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Four Twenty’s quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Provide regular updates to senior management, team members, and other stakeholders. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Handle any project-related issues or conflicts that arise. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and progress reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction and renovation projects.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in project management software
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Knowledge of local building regulations and codes is a plus.
  11. Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
  12. Thai nationality only
  13. **If you have experience in the restaurant, Hotel , pub, bar or cannabis business, it will be given special consideration.
