• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Prepare regular financial reports and projections.
• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Four Twenty’s quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Provide regular updates to senior management, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Handle any project-related issues or conflicts that arise.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and progress reports.
