- Create plan/program/activities to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. - Arrange the meeting with the Welfare Committee, prepare reports and follow up. - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Knowledge of Thai labor law, PDPA, and Code of Conduct. - Building the good relationship with all employees and create the activities for retention programs. - Performs other related duties as assigned. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor of Administrative, Business Management or related field.
Experience work in Automotive Industry. (If have)
Basic communication in English/Japanese. (advantage)
Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550 up)
Ability to build and develop relationships with internal employee , executives and other external parties / organization and able to encourage engagement.
Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
