รายละเอียดงาน• Handle the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the company’s administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
• Manage requisition and inventory of stationery and office supplies, medicine and consumables ect.
• Prepare reports and summarize data for inventory of stationery and office supplies, medicine and consumables ect. ( KPI )
• Coordinate with IT support such as setting up PCs and telephone lines
• Handle of Housekeeper, Security guard, Driver, Visitor ect.
• Coordinate with the Government sector, IEAT or the community, Supplier, Vender.
• Coordinate and support, whether it is documents and other related matters between the Factory and the Bangkok office.
• Have good knowledge and understanding of admin work and can understand some basic HR&GA work. ( as such Training, Recruitment ect.)
• Able to perform other tasks as assigned.
