รายละเอียดงาน
• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
• Carrying out inspections of machineries, facilities, and utilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and own all repair and installation activities
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations
• Train employees of the maintenance department
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
• Manage team members to certify on required licenses for operation per law and regulation (if any)
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
• Pushing the work on duty and promote consistency in business operations According to the Sustainable Development Policy (ESG) that covers environmental, social and governance dimensions.
• Deliver ad hoc tasks per assignment from Operations Director and CEO
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering or related field
- certified license per law and regulation (if required)
- Experience: More than 10 years in engineer and maintenance function as managerial role with working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, facilities machines and equipment
- Technical skills, project management, problem solving, Communication, Leadership
