- To establish, implement the relevant standard of laminating production (EN, JIS, ASNZS, CNS, etc.) requirement to support company and customer requirements
- Continual upgrading of quality manual and quality plan of laminating production
- To manage the daily functions of laminating QA and laboratory activities, ensuring that manufacturing systems and processes are functioning well and in compliance to quality requirements and achieving all KPIs
- To periodically train and update internal staff, as well as inter-department staff on quality standards and take ownership of the quality management system
- To conduct site visit to customer premise whenever crucial quality complaints rise, and to resolve those issue promise of the Corporate brand values in total quality and excellence in all our products and service
- To manage the staff effectively and ensuring that their contributions to the manufacturing and sale teams are well supported whenever required
- Handling of the customer complaints and coordinate investigation activities
- Support process improvement and cost reduction
- Control on non-conforming product (NCP) and corrective actions (CAPA) system
- Manage Internal Quality Audit follow ISO 9001
- Maintain and cultivate good working environment in QMS programs and getting all employees involved
- Understanding customer's needs and implement to QA activities for customer satisfactions
- Providing solution for addressing customer complaints and managing process deviation to ensure the end product meets customer expectation at all times
- To create high standard of working culture to strive for total quality and excellence
- To establish, implement, management and contact certified body of FSC CoC certificate
- To establish, implement, management and contact certified body of CARB/EPA/TSCA/JIS A 5908 certificate
- Research the relevant standard of laminating production (EN, JIS, ASNZS, CNS, etc.)
