รายละเอียดงาน
1.Study the use of software systems and receive training on software systems which are products of the company.
2.Test software To find points that need to be developed/improved or find errors
3.Responsible as a consultant, solving problems, helping, giving advice, and supporting the use of computer programs (software) for customers, both On-Line and On-Site Service (there is travel to work in other provinces Travel and accommodation expenses are provided)
4.Training software usage for customers
5.Attend meetings with customers to follow up and summarize software usage problems. To bring information to improve after-sales service to be more satisfactory to customers.
6.Prepare documents to design or modify reports of software systems as assigned.
7.Coordinate and follow up on project progress.
8.Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Educational qualification: Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, related field. In the case of graduating in information technology computer science will be considered as a special case
- Have basic computer knowledge such as Windows / MS Office / Internet / Network.
- Knowledge of Database / Knowledge of programming (will receive special consideration)
- Able to drive a car and go to implement (support use of) the system at the customer's work site (will receive special consideration). In the case of leaving the work site, travel and accommodation expenses will be provided.
- Have a love for service Love learning and learn quickly. and have good communication skills
- Highly enthusiastic about work / Highly responsible /Able to work well under stressful conditions
- Having worked in a hospital or National Health Security Office (NHSO) will be given special consideration.
- Have good human relations Get along well with co-workers
- Able to work well as a team
- Have good communication skills
