1.Online Shop Management:
•Oversee and manage online shops on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
•Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
•Handle order processing, including order fulfillment and tracking.
•Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2.Content Creation and Management:
•Write compelling and engaging product descriptions.
•Create and update promotional banners, images, and videos.
•Produce high-quality content.
3.Online Marketing:
•Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
•Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including sales events, discounts, and special offers.
•Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract followers.
•Analyze sales data and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
4.Reporting and Analysis:
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform.
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
•Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and marketing activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
