Material Requirements Planning (MRP):
- Develop and maintain the MRP system to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material needs.
- Adjust MRP parameters based on demand changes or supply chain conditions.
Purchasing:
- Manage packaging processes (PO release, rescheduling, closing).
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Oversee packaging sourcing and manage PO release in ERP for NPD.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery, coordinating with Design and Sales teams.
Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and packaging, ensuring optimal stock for production schedules.
- Ensure purchasing closure for stock receipt and manage claims/returns.
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle stock management tasks.
Document and Management:
- Maintain master data of purchase items and suppliers (registration, contracts).
- Manage OA (requests for payment, approvals).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and projections.
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues.
- Report on KPIs related to inventory management and MRP effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Work with production, quality control, and procurement teams for effective communication and alignment.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings for production planning and inventory management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement process improvements for inventory accuracy and MRP efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Additional Duties:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support supply chain and inventory management activities as needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of purchasing/material planning experience, preferably in ODM cosmetics.
- Experience with ERP systems.
