1.Lead and supervise a team of outgoing quality inspectors to conduct final inspections and audits of finished products. 2.Develop and implement outgoing quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. 3.Coordinate and conduct inspections, tests, and audits of finished products to verify conformity to quality standards and customer requirements. 4.Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of quality issues or defects discovered during outgoing inspections. Initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary. 5.Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and quality metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on outgoing quality performance. 6.Collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement initiatives and communicate quality requirements with customers as needed. 7.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outgoing quality processes, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and quality assurance principles.
  4. Experience in leading or supervising a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
  7. Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality standards.
  8. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certification) is a plus.
  9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  11. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as required.
  12. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.
