รายละเอียดงาน

- Oversee and manage team to ensure smoothness of day-to-day operations of customer service and back-end activities (Finance and Accounting) - Seek for room to fill operational gap and digitalize processes where applicable - Establish project scope and objective, and prioritize projects with BUs with cost-to-benefit study and budgeting strategy - Lead implementation of new financing product to meet project timeline with agreed quality of deliverables - Collaborate with both internal and external parties to drive project executions, and plan on launching activities - Construct work instruction and operational guideline of existing and new financing products for relevant parties -Regularly update all assigned projects to top management and stakeholders, as project co-owner with direct project owners

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields
At least 12 years of practical professional background under operation management, financing activities or related functions
Strong knowledge of financial products and business model of retail credit process with technology advancement
Direct working experience in start-up environment, financial service industry or consulting firms would be a strong plus
Strong leadership, well organized, highly energetic, strong passion to drive result and work as a team to meet strict timeline
Strong commitment to deliver superior business performance following organizational aspiration
Good written and verbal communication skill in English
