- Achieve sales targets set by the company and complete assigned tasks.
- Manage dealers and key customers to meet company sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service.
- Coordinate within the company and handle documentation, such as contracts or other documents between the company and customers.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the customer's work is completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Negotiate sales terms and provide consultation to customers, including resolving any issues before and after the sale.
- Acquire new customers, organize promotional activities, set up sales booths, offer trade discounts, participate in trade exhibitions, and manage advertising and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Provide after-sales service to customers, such as product inspections post-purchase or replacing defective parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
