Job Responsibilities
1 Communicate with Shenzhen headquarters, responsible for national safety stock forecast, delivery follow-up and logistics optimization
2 Communicate with third-party service providers, and be responsible for the third-party service providers’ material
demand forecasting and daily exception handling
3 Make the maintenance plan and supervise the implementation
4 Participate in the daily operations of the warehouse, including the management of material storage and removal
5 Local team training and other business process optimization
6 Day report, in transit report , verification report , Weekly Report , RWR and repurchase report , spare part Nonmovement Report
7 Open po clear monitoring
8 Safety stock report and Shortage
9 Resell (Delivery to other country)
10 Coordinate with HQ and Support MWH
11 Demo and DOA/DAP to refurbish (For Sell)
12 Inventory Report and Consumption
13 counting(finish the stocktaking system before 30th every month
工作职责1 沟通深圳总部，负责国家安全库存预测和发货跟进以及物流优化
2 沟通第三方服务商，负责第三方服务商的物料需求预测和日常异常处理
3 制定维修计划并监督执行
4 参与仓库日常管理，包括物料进销存的管理
5 本地团队培训以及其他业务流程优化
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female 25 years up
- Level qualification Bachelor's degree or higher
- Familiar with office software operation
- English is the working language, knowledge of Chinese or mobile phone material management experience is preferred
- Strong resistance to pressure
