Job Summary:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for maximizing the commercial potential of Union Mall by strategically leasing retail spaces to brands and tenants. This role requires a deep understanding of the booth brand and retail market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental income
• Identify and pursue potential tenants that align with the mall's target market and tenant mix
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Manage a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and mentorship
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless tenant experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and maximizing revenue
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management skills
