Job Summary:
The Leasing Officer is responsible for maximizing the commercial potential of Union Mall by strategically leasing retail spaces to brands and tenants. This role requires a deep understanding of the booth brand and retail market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy aligned with Union Mall’s overall business objectives
• Identify and recruit brands and tenants that complement the mall’s retailtainment positioning
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring optimal returns for the mall
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants
• Oversee the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing and tenant onboarding
• Manage tenant relations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless tenant experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and maximizing revenue
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English languages
