รายละเอียดงาน1.Market, platform and competitive product research, formulate online (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok)/offline (channel) marketing strategies and sales targets based on insights into market dynamics and brand performance;
2. Responsible for the overall marketing activity planning and budgeting of online (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok)/offline (channel), and through AD, UV, conversion, UED and Campaign Design to improve operational efficiency and analyze promotion/advertising efficiency;
3. Develop an annual calendar to drive online/offline business growth through key building blocks (brand events, major festivals, regular promotions, etc.);
4.Work with channels, e-commerce consumer marketing platforms and management teams to plan and execute major festivals and brand events to gain share on key platforms;
5. Analyze the competitiveness and position of each platform, and work with platform leaders to develop long-term customer marketing strategies and actions to strengthen our brand position;
6. Have a deep understanding of online and offline market dynamics, lead cross-functional teams to pilot new initiatives and explore business models (i.e. O2O, omnichannel, etc.);
7. Develop first-class user experience solutions within the platform to highly interact with online shoppers and drive conversions;
8. Execute monthly marketing investment (events/advertising) to achieve revenue through omnichannel, advertising investment includes Facebook advertising, Google advertising, Douyin advertising, KOL/KOC cooperation, etc.
9. Planning, execution,sales/operation team training for new product launches, goal-oriented.
