Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology or related fields -At least 5 years working experience in IT System admin and support -Experience in Windows Server, VMWare server (Installation /Configure) Optional - Linux -Database in Microsoft SQL DB, Oracle -Experience in mail server eg. HCL Domino server/Lotus note -Experience in Network ,Router and Firewall eg. Fortigate/Fortianalyzer /Cisco -Experience in Backup Software ใชะ veeam and Antivirus software -Knowledge about PC Technical Support eg. Installation , Solve any problems of PC issues , printers,UPS, Network. -Good command of both written and spoken English , Can communicate with oversea support -Knowledge to use tools development eg. Crystal Report -Experience to support ERP system at Factory will be an advantage
