รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assisting workshop supervisor to do a good job in the management of workshop production
2. Analyzing tproduction plan on the day, implementing the plan, and dealing with abnormal conditions
3. Guiding and checking the safety of the production line, the situation of 5S, the safety discipline of employees, etc.
4. Completing the performance assessment and work plan arrangement of subordinates
5. Being responsible for company information security and reporting to work for illegal information
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Educational requirements: college above degree
- Professional requirements: car, machinery or related majors
- Experience requirements: on-site production management or IE experience for more than three years
- Skills requirements: familiar with production reports and analyz production abnormalities, and continuous optimization and improvement
- Others: strong communication and coordination capabilities, good cross-departmental communication, handling abnormalities at the scene, and priority of English communication
