รายละเอียดงาน
1. Be responsible for solving the quality problems of incoming materials and communicating with suppliers about the problems of incoming materials
2. Be responsible for coordinating the handling of defects in the process and after-sales feedback, analyzing the root causes of defects and writing and sorting out the 8 D report and feeding it back to customers
3. Be responsible for leading the TOP5 analysis plan for abnormal incoming materials, and regularly report the analysis results and follow-up improvement plans
4. Regularly sort out the abnormal problems of incoming materials and promote the improvement of suppliers;
5. Participate in the development of new suppliers, promote the improvement of trial production problems, PPAP and mass production audits
6. Participate in and assist in the internal and external audit of the company's system, and report on the improvement of nonconforming items
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education requirements: college degree or above
- **Be able to communicate in Chinese**
- Experience requirements: more than 2 years of incoming quality management experience, Chinese (Thai) is preferred
- Skill requirements: familiar with the abnormal handling process of incoming materials, quality management in the automotive industry, 8D analysis, five quality tools, etc.
- Others: responsible, good communication skills
