รายละเอียดงาน
- Process quotations, tender documents, and orders so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and timely.
- Answer internal and customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Communicate with staff in other areas of the company, such as Warehouse, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondences such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
- Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as Sales report, Incentives/commission, and traveling allowance.
- Support team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and communicated.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Agriculture, Animal Production, Fisheries), Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good computer skills i.e. MS Office, especially in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
