1.Scheduling and management of production line progress 2.Proposing quality and production cost control plans 3.Supervision, deployment, education management of personnel, and establishment an maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) 4.Directing product manufacturing and monitoring the production process 5.Calculation and analysis of working hours, verification of working hour data, and preparation of working hour reports6.Other details to be referenced according to the content defined in the company's ISO documents after employment 6.Lead the establishment and improvement of the quality manage metasystem, organize implementation, and oversee the operation of the production quality system 7.Monitor the quality status during the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments, and promptly address any issues arising during production 8.Organize and oversee the implementation of various process, quality, equipment, cost, and production indicators in the production pro

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

เพศหญิง / ชาย อายุ 20-45 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตในโรงงาน อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office พื้นฐานได้
มีความรับผิดชอบ, ละเอียดรอบคอบ, ซื่อสัตย์, อดทน
มีทักษะด้านการประสานและติดต่องานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ
สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์และทำงานเป็นกะได้
มีทักษะการวางแผนที่ดี
สัมภาษณ์งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ / จีน
