-Taking care of the new employees in the Onboarding part. Send welcome onboarding emails to new employees.
-Organizing orientation training for new employees, informing them about the company's benefits and regulations.
-Handling the probation process, including collecting evaluation documents from managers of each department.
-Answering questions about compensation, benefits and insurance deductions from both Thai and foreign employees, such as labour laws, leave days, and overtime.
-Applying for visas and work permits for Chinese citizens
-and other tasks assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Any gender, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledgeable in labour laws, social security filing, taxes, and employee discipline.
- Good command of English communication.
- Skilled in using Excel (Pivot, Vlookup).
- Able to use the business plus salary program well
- More than 3 years of experience in human resources work
