•Scrutinize information from raw data into insights. Ensure meaningful visual interfaces capabilities using corporate Big Data via analytics and visualization tools using PowerBI.
-Directly receive and manage briefs from customers, ensuring their requirements are met with high-quality analytical solutions.
-Understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data needs.
-Select and apply appropriate statistical methods for data analysis.
-Develop and maintain data models and workflows to automate BI data updates.
-Create,optimize,and manage interactive dashboards and reports, mainly using Tableau and Power BI.
-Present data visualizations and analysis in a clear, meaningful manner to clients and stakeholders.
•Establish and reorganize data assets within company. Ensure integrated structures support growth and promote actionable insights for better strategic decision-making.
-Create and maintain Business Glossary and Data Dictionary for sustainable usage.
-Lead to troubleshoot business incidents or project scope estimation.
•Modernize existing corporate reporting landscape into advanced analytics using best practices. Ensure signal from noises are filtered in datasets and visually. Enable trends, patters, and predictions using relevant data through automation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High fluency in technical analytic technology stack
- Minimum of 3 years experience in BI data analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI is a must.
- Understanding in LOOKUP and PivotTable is mandatory.
- Strong ability to build and manage data models and workflows.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- It is highly likely that based on given requirement it requires co-working between multiple solutions orchestrating together.
- While not mandatory, candidate with technical analytic skill: SPSS, R Statistical Language via Python, Pandas DataFrame via Python, RapidMiner, bash command line on Linux or PowerShell usually prevail in DataLab.
- Strong analytical skills: logical thinking on data acquired and creative thinking with realistic business recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of business needs and translating them into actionable insights.
- Understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong English skill - preferably in writing and reading.
- Energetic and collaborative mindset, fitting into a team of young and driven professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
