Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead a team of 4 service employees and 3 office employees to achieve company goals. Foster a positive work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. Engage with both B2B and B2C clients to drive sales growth.
Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate strong skills in engaging with B2B and B2C clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Guidance: Offer clear guidance and support to service employees and office staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Mentor and develop team members for long-term success.
Effective Communication: Possess strong English skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluency in Thai is preferred.
Strategic Thinking: Go beyond daily tasks by actively participating in marketing initiatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a small company/team, preferably in the service industry (experience in pest control is not required).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business targets.
- Proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Thai is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond daily tasks.
- Thai nationals and western foreigners (work permit available for foreigners).
- Valid driving license with a car.
- Located in the Pattaya area (หนองปลาไหล Nong Pla Lai).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
- Salary range: 35,000-60,000 THB per month.
